offers Life Changing Services.

For more than 20 years, Namaste has been committed to providing the very best services to our community. Furthermore, Namaste is operated by members from our community, in order to best serve our community.

Namaste Home Health + Hospice is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home healthcare and hospice agency that has been serving the greater Denver area since 1998. At Namaste Home Health + Hospice, we believe that choice always exists and that excellent quality of life is always attainable. Whether we’re caring for a senior after a surgery, supporting a patient’s family member cope with grief, or supporting a loved one with a serious illness, our team will seek to provide care that exemplifies truly Life Changing Service.

Home Health Services

Home Health care is a broad spectrum of healthcare services that is delivered in your home for rehabilitation, an illness, or an injury. Frequently, Home Health care is the most convenient and least expensive method of receiving high quality healthcare services. Furthermore, Home Health care is equally as effective as receiving care in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. The goal of Home Health is to restore our patients to a prior level of function; helping them regain their independence and self-sufficiency. Treating illnesses and injuries in the home allows our patients the opportunity to recover in their most natural and comfortable environment.

Palliative Care Program

Palliative Care is an ongoing conversation, one with specialists in chronic illness and end of life care. Namaste’s Palliative Care Program offers a safe place to process illness with a collaborative team of medical professionals. Often in the clinics and hospitals, doctors are moving quickly and may not have the time to educate patients on their illness, managing their symptoms and what to expect going forward. Namaste sits one on one with a patient and often their family to educate, answer questions and focus in on quality of life. Namaste also collaborates closely with a patient’s primary care clinic or oncology clinic to make recommendations while seeing the patient regularly in their home setting.

Hospice Services

Hospice is a philosophy aimed at providing palliative (comfort) care to patients in their end-of-life stages. To carry out these services, Namaste Hospice utilizes a medically-directed Interdisciplinary Team involving patients, their families, medical professionals and volunteers. We believe that a “family” includes anyone significant to the patient, regardless of blood relation. This means that Namaste will provide bereavement support to all family, not just the immediate family.

Volunteer Today

Our goal is to create an environment in which patients, families, staff, and volunteers are treated with respect and dignity. A volunteer becomes an integral part of the interdisciplinary team when assigned to a patient.

Volunteers who join this team often bring help and services to which patients and their families may not have access. Even without a medical background, volunteers have gifts they can offer.
