Social work for me was an obvious path due to my love for people and relationships. Along the way, I fell in love with medical social work and specifically, end of life conversations with patients and their families. I eventually transitioned to hospice social work once I experienced the beautiful vulnerability and innate strength of human kind in the midst of tragedy and loss. I am inspired every day by the people I meet… the people who allow me, a stranger, to walk into their homes at such a difficult time. I am honored to work alongside a beautiful team of helpers, holding hands with patients as their lives here on earth come to a close.

FUN FACTS : I love adventures! My adventures include a semester in Hawaii, backpacking in Europe, paragliding, skydiving, canyoneering and scuba diving. By far, the craziest of adventures is my current role as a mom of three kids, 6 and under! We continue to adventure as a family here in beautiful Colorado!
